By engaging our services, you're agreeing to the operational standards set forth in this document. We've refined these protocols over 14 years to meet strict CA regional and international logistics standards.
Liability & Insurance
Our liability for cargo loss or damage is limited according to standard industry carriage acts. We strongly recommend secondary insurance for high-value freight moving through our Glendale hub. Don't leave your assets to chance; we offer extended coverage options for comprehensive peace of mind.
Delivery Timelines
Transit times provided are estimates, not guarantees unless specifically contracted as 'Express'. We won't be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events. Does our team work 24/7 to mitigate these? Absolutely, but the legal framework remains firm.
2. Warehousing and Cargo Handling
Cargo stored in our facilities is subject to specific lien rights. If storage fees remain unpaid for more than 90 days, 24/7 CAR DEPOT LLC reserves the right to dispose of or sell the goods to recover costs. It's a measure we hate to use, but it's vital for maintaining the flow of our high-demand transit facilities. All items must be clearly labeled and palletized according to our safety specifications found in the technical annex.
